Starting at $12 per 30 minute class
Summary:
This position will teach swim lessons to patrons ages 6 months to adult. Swim instructors are trained by staff at HeParks. All swim instructors are required to be in the water to teach each level. Swim instructors may choose to work at Seascape, Prairie Stone or both. Instructors are asked to commit to an entire class session. A class session is 6-8 classes. Instructors will be assigned to classes that match their swim skills.

Days/Hours of Work:
Seascape Pool Season runs from May 28 to September 5. The Club at Prairie Stone offers classes year-round.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 16 years of age. (15 with work permit).
- Knowledge and application of swimming skills and the ability to teach skills is mandatory.
- Willingness to adapt to the skills of students.
- Helps students succeed in learning skills and how to be safe in and around water.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills are very important to this position.
