Summary:
Promote Hoffman Estates Park District and The Club at Prairie Stone by providing its customers quality service and accurate information on all Park District activities.
This position is responsible for ensuring the proper opening and closing procedures, assisting telephone and in-person patrons with registrations, inquiries and transactions. Monitoring the facility for safety, and cleanliness and enforcing facility rules.

Days/Hours of Work:
As needed.
Experience and Qualifications:
1. Prior experience working with cash, phones and in a customer service focused environment.
2. At least 16 years of age.
3. Detail orientated.
